Place it always-on while you work, or behind the reveal shortcut (default ⌃⌥⌘A) so it only appears when you check in. Size it small, medium or large to match how much you want to see.

Rhythm: the day you actually had

Beyond a single session, the rhythm widget shows the texture of your day:

• App switches — how often you're hopping between windows.
• Keystrokes — a sense of how much you're producing.
• Cursor travel — how much ground your pointer covered.
• Screen time — total time at the Mac, on the desktop where you'll see it.

It's a mirror, not a scoreboard. Glancing at your rhythm mid-afternoon can tell you whether you've been deep in one thing or scattered across twenty — useful for shaping a calmer desktop and workflow.

Screen time without the surveillance

Apple's Screen Time is helpful but buried in Settings. Orbl puts your mac screen time on the wallpaper you already look at, so the number is honest and present without you digging for it. Private by default

This is the part that matters most for a tracker: everything stays local. There's no account, no server, and no analytics.
